Once you
have read the brochure and determined which program(s)
you are interested in, read the
2010-2011 Funding Policies and Guidelines.
This document outlines general policies and guidelines
when applying to all CKCA funding programs.
**Important - some policies are NEW for 2010-2011 –
please review carefully.
Further
specific program details, deadlines and restrictions are
outlined in each individual funding program application.
Applications are available in Adobe PDF format below.
Forms must be printed and submitted in hard copy prior
to the appropriate funding deadline.

Please
Note:
The
funding deadline for Programs 1 & 2 is
5:00pm local time on Friday, March 19, 2010, sent directly
to your local
community arts council.
The funding deadline for Programs 3 thru 12
is
5:00pm PDT on Thursday, April 1, 2010, sent directly to
the CKCA,
with the exception of Program 7 Artists in Education –
Component 2.
Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Fax
or e-mail applications will not be accepted.
Important – note NEW policy:
To ensure fairness and equitable access to funding, hand
delivered applications will NOT be accepted at the
Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance office.
Applications
will be accepted before the funding deadline by
mail through the CKCA post office box OR by courier
service only to the CKCA office. DO NOT
drop off your application at the CKCA office in person
as it will not be considered for funding.
The
Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) arts, culture and heritage
funding cycle, administered and managed by the CKCA, is
annual. Information and application forms for the
2011-2012 funding cycle is expected to be available
February of 2011.
