Using a paint brush, dyes and flowing wax Batik is created with colour upon glowing colour.

My subjects tend to be mammals, humans, aquatic life or vegetation.  I was introduced to the process in 1978 at the Kootenay School of the Arts, where I studied for 2 years. I continue to explore and enjoy the medium.
